Avioport Logistics Park offers modern and representative office space for any company with professional business requirements. A total of three office buildings will be realized for multiple and single tenant use.

Each office building (3,500 m²) consists of two office wings that are connected by a transparent atrium. Each office floor can be arranged flexibly and includes raised floors for electrical and data fittings.

The office buildings are faced towards Milan Malpensa Airport and have splendid views of the Ticino National Park and the Italian Alps. Close to the office buildings, a public area with a bar and some other supporting facilities will be developed.
